ASMR has grown rapidly in popularity and awareness over the past few years. To tap into this trend, Shaheen (author) and I developed a concept for a high-end tactile book, using different textures to evoke sensations.

I illustrated this title in an abstract, textural style to appeal to appeal to high-end target market, and integrated tactiles including velvet, fabric patches, embossing and die cuts to create different sounds and textures linking to ASMR.

Each book has a different colour palette to reflect the time of day it’s supposed to be used.
